However, if you're building as a Kensai as well, I don't know when to start leveling into it or for how long. I was especially confused about my first question, as I know that a Bladebound Magus has to have 3 levels in Bladebound to get his black blade. What feats/traits do you recommend I take and at what levels? (We get 2 traits and I'm playing a human).What is a good ability score buy for a 20 point buy?.How do the levels into each archetype work? Like, do I take so many levels into one and then begin to take levels into the other? When would be the most optimal time to do that?.
